Koslow Technologies Corporation (Koslow) was sued in the SDNY in a 100-page complaint seeking over $1B on a contract claim related to gravity water filters which remove viruses. In addition to $1B, One World Filter Corporation (One World) demanded control of Koslow’s technology. After failing to obtain a TRO or PI, we moved the case to AAA. A three-attorney Tribunal of the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) ruled in favor of Koslow, awarding $18M in unpaid exclusive license fees and pre-judgement interest. Koslow was also awarded attorneys fees and costs.
