Focuses his practice on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. He has appeared in Connecticut state court, federal district courts, and before arbitration tribunals. Kevin’s experience spans all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations and communications, to pleadings, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
Kevin received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Connecticut Law Review and received a Tax Studies Certificate. Kevin received his B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering and his B.A. in Human Rights from the University of Connecticut. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin served as an AmeriCorps Member with City Year in Washington, D.C. Outside the firm, Kevin is a tax return preparer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and volunteers with the Connecticut Bar Association’s Lawyers in Libraries program.
