Henry Purtill focuses his practice on patent and trademark prosecution and litigation, as well as a wide range of intellectual property matters. Prior to joining WHIPgroup, Mr. Purtill was responsible for lithium-ion battery pack design, battery management system design, charging system design, and performance and compliance testing for one of the largest consumer and commercial tool manufacturers in the world. Before graduating law school, Mr. Purtill assisted clients with drafting and prosecution of patents at the University of Connecticut School of Law Intellectual Property Clinic.
