WHIPgroup is pleased to announce that Hao Zhang has joined the firm. Ms. Zhang has a doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in smart materials, and a master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a specialization in signal processing, both from Virginia Commonwealth University. Ms. Zhang graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law in May of 2020. While in law school, she completed externships with the Honorable Alvin W. Thompson (U.S. District Court of Connecticut) and the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General. Ms. Zhang has prior professional experience working at a New York-based intellectual property law firm.
