NETZSCH is a leading manufacturer of thermal analysis measurement devices. The Defendant is a manufacturer of calorimeters and is accused of infringing one of NETZSCH’s registered trademarks by using confusingly similar marks for identical goods and services. WHIPgroup is seeking monetary damages, attorneys’ fees, costs, and other other forms of relief.
