WHIPgroup Files Trademark Infringement Suit

WHIPgroup filed a Complaint in the Southern District of Texas on behalf of its client NETZSCH Geratebau GmbH for trademark infringement. NETZSCH is a leading manufacturer of thermal analysis measurement devices. The Defendant is a manufacturer of calorimeters and is accused of infringing one of NETZSCH’s registered trademarks by using confusingly similar marks for identical goods and services. WHIPgroup is seeking monetary damages, attorneys’ fees, costs, and other other forms of relief.
