WHIPgroup Files Trademark Infringement Lawsuit

WHIPgroup attorneys have filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against Solos Endoscopy, Inc. (“Solos”) on behalf of WHIPgroup client Karl Storz Endoscopy-America, Inc. (“Karl Storz”) Karl Storz is a leading manufacturer and distributor of endoscopic medical and industrial equipment, instruments and technology. The complaint accuses Solos of infringing Karl Storz’ US Registration No. 2085430 for “TAKE-APART.” The case is in District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
