WHIPgroup attorneys have filed a patent infringement lawsuit on behalf of WHIPgroup client RegenLab USA LLC. RegenLab is a leading manufacturer and distributor of medical and pharmaceutical products under the world-famous REGENLAB® brand. The complaint accuses Estar Technologies Ltd., Eclipse Aesthetics LLC, and Healeon Medical, Inc. of infringing RegenLab’s U.S. Pat. No. 8,529,957, directed to the preparation of platelet rich plasma. The case is in District Court for the Southern District of New York.
