WHIPgroup filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Stryker Corporation and Stryker Communications, Inc. on behalf of its client Karl Storz Endoscopy-America, Inc. in the Northern District of California. KSEA asserts that three patents, one directed to an “intelligent camera head” and two directed towards systems and methods “for the central control of devices used during an operation” are infringed by Stryker’s 1588 Camera System, SDC3, SPI3, and Connected OR products.
