Whitmyer IP Group filed a Complaint in the District of Delaware on behalf of its clients Nicholas Harmon and With Light, Inc., formerly Verilux, Inc. The Complaint stems from a commercial transaction where Verilux’s assets were sold last year to Defendant Bear Down Brands. The Complaint alleges Bear Down Brands has or will fail to comply with the terms of the asset purchase agreement, and that third-party Amazon neutral patent evaluation procedures do not justify such breach.
