WHIPgroup is pleased to announce that it has elected Stephen Ball as a member of the firm. Mr. Ball serves as outside IP counsel for U.S. and international companies and his specialties include IP portfolio management, litigation, due diligence, licensing, and opinion work. He has litigated patent and trademark cases around the country, is a registered patent attorney with a proven track record of success at the PTAB, and has an active anti-counterfeiting practice. Mr. Ball has a degree in Computer Science and was a software developer for one of the first Software-as-a-Service providers before attending law school. He has been with WHIPgroup since its founding.
