WHIPgroup is pleased to announce that it has elected Patrick Duplessis as a member of the firm. Mr. Duplessis advises clients in all areas of IP law, with a focus on patent portfolio development and enforcement. He drafts and prosecutes patent applications in a wide range of technologies, and advocates for clients in disputed matters related to patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Mr. Duplessis has a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and a J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law. He was WHIPgroup’s first outside hire shortly after its founding in 2015.
