The 2018-2019 Arterton Inn of Court is holding its first substantive event on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 6PM.
This event will take place at the New Haven Federal Courthouse, and will feature mock oral argument based on a currently pending case before the Federal Circuit, Campbell Soup Company, et al. v. Gamon Plus, Inc. The arguments will be presented to three federal judges (Arterton, Shea, Meyer).
WHIPgroup attorneys have played a major role in preparing this event. Attorney Patrick Duplessis drafted the bench memorandum for the judges, and attorneys Walter Welsh and William Birks will present arguments for the Appellee.
The event is expected to draw a large group of IP professionals and students from Connecticut and surrounding areas. Please consider joining us at the event.
