Meghan focuses her practice on trademark prosecution and litigation. She also has experience obtaining, protecting, and terminating copyrights, as well as assisting clients with other intellectual property agreements, including assignments, licenses, and consent agreements. Meghan received her J.D. with an Intellectual Property Certificate from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served as an Executive Editor for the Connecticut Law Review. While in law school, Meghan assisted clients with trademark and design patent prosecution at the University of Connecticut School of Law’s Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Law Clinic. Over the course of her law school career, Meghan worked as a Copyright Law Clerk, an Entertainment Law legal intern, and a Trademark Law Clerk. Meghan received her B.A. with specialized honors in Biology from Drew University.
