WHIPgroup Achieves Favorable Outcome in Settlement Agreement over Copyright and Trademark Infringement

WHIPgroup attorneys successfully asserted its luxury brand client’s copyrights and trademarks against a large national retailer. The national retailer sold clothing bearing an infringing pattern of one owned and used by WHIPgroup’s client. As a result of WHIPgroup’s swift intervention, the unauthorized activity ceased and its client was able to achieve a favorable result through a settlement agreement.
