Another PPH Success

WHIPgroup successfully obtained allowance of another case using the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH). The invention is directed to a system for characterizing the wetness of two layers of paint through modelling paint parameters. The Notice of Allowance came only 5 months after the application’s filing date. Thanks to the rapid allowance, the patent will issue shortly at reduced cost to the client.
