Focuses her practice on trademark protection and enforcement. Ms. Winsor advises clients regarding all aspects of trademark clearance, registration, enforcement and licensing. She has counseled clients ranging from global luxury brands to small industrial start-ups. Ms. Winsor also has experience in the investigation and enforcement of infringing and counterfeit trademarks and copyrights, both online and in the physical world. In doing so her background includes anti-counterfeiting and infringement litigations, as well as domain name enforcement through administrative prodeedings such as Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy actions.

Ms. Winsor’s practice also includes assisting companies with Internet and website EULAs, as well as Terms of Use and Privacy Policies.
