Represents clients in a wide range of patent and trademark litigations. Mr. Welsh also has significant experience preparing trademark applications, and prosecuting patents in the mechanical and computer arts. He assists clients to analyze their IP portfolios and implement successful strategies.

Mr. Welsh sits on the executive committee of both the Intellectual Property and Young Lawyers Sections of the Connecticut Bar Association. He regularly speaks to general attorneys and business people on how to effectively identify, protect and assert intellectual property rights.
