Focuses on patent prosecution and litigation on a wide variety of fields. During law school Mr. Siuta clerked at the Connecticut office of a large IP firm assisting in both the substantive and administrative side of patent prosecution. Mr. Siuta has helped startups build their patent portfolio as a member of the UConn Law School’s Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship clinic.
