Specializes in patent and trademark prosecution with an emphasis in the aerospace, and mechanical-related arts. Mr. Korobanov has prosecuted both patents and trademarks for foreign and domestic clients of various sizes, and prepared opinions related to infringement and freedom to operate.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Korobanov was an attorney for a intellectual property boutique in the Tri-State Area, held various positions at a Fortune 500 technology company, and was a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Korobanov also serves as an advisor to a New Haven incubator, counselling select entrepreneurs in Intellectual Property and other legal matters.
