Focuses her practice on trademark prosecution and litigation. Prior to joining WHIPgroup, Ms. Gratton worked as an intellectual property clerk at a data-privacy startup, and completed a Master of Laws in intellectual property and information technology law. During law school, Ms. Gratton won the Law Club Moot competition held in the UK Supreme Court, and went on to be elected as Senior Mistress of the Moot. Ms. Gratton completed her thesis on trademark law in the European Union for consumer goods, particularly in relation to trade dress and 3D trademarks.
