Focuses his practice on patent prosecution and litigation on a wide range of intellectual property matters. Prior to joining WHIPgroup, Mr. Alexander interned at a Long Island-based patent firm where he drafted and prosecuted applications on computer software and mechanical locks. During law school, he was a part of the St. John’s Hugh L. Carey Dispute Resolution Society where he studied and practiced forms of alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. Prior to law school Mr. Alexander graduated with a B.S. in Engineering Physics with a concentration mechanical engineering from Fordham University.
