Jasmine Gratton is completing her LL.M in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law at Fordham University School of Law. She has an LL.B. from University of Bristol Law School in England, and completed her thesis on the trade dress and 3D trade mark regimes of the European Union. Ms. Gratton recently passed the New York Bar Examination in February 2021, and will be admitted to the New York State Court of Appeals in early 2022. This fall she will be working on various trademark-related matters, including filings and litigation.
