WHIPGroup filed a Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Strike Affirmative Defenses in the Northern District of Georgia on behalf of its client Ecochem Australia Pty Ltd., of Victoria, Australia. In the Motion to Dismiss, WHIPGroup argued that Defendant CST Systems Inc. brought barred and misdirected claims that were legally insufficient.
WHIPGroup previously successfully obtained a three-year Order of Preliminary Injunction on behalf of Ecochem that prevents CST from using Ecochem’s trademarks and selling products that compete with those of Ecochem.
The case is Ecochem Australia Pty Ltd. v. CST Systems, Inc., Civil Action No. 1:22-cv-4908-TWT (N.D. Ga.). See Brief Here.
