WHIPgroup filed a Complaint in the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, on behalf of its client Koslow Technologies Corporation of Waterbury, Connecticut. The Complaint stems from a consulting agreement where Defendant Culligan International Company, a large manufacturer of retail and white label water filtration systems, contracted with Koslow Technologies for its expertise in water filtration system manufacturing. The Complaint alleges Culligan failed to comply with the terms of the consulting agreement and refused to pay money owed to Koslow Technologies for services rendered.
