Koslow Technologies Corporation (Koslow) was sued in the SDNY in a 100-page complaint over a contract claim related to the supply of gravity water filters which remove viruses. One World Filter Corporation (One World) demanded $1B and control of Koslow’s technology. After failing to obtain a TRO or PI, we moved the case to AAA. A three-attorney Tribunal of the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) recently ruled that:
One World failed to meet their burden of proof on any of its claims,
Koslow met its burden of proof and awarded our client damages, fees and costs on its counterclaim.
We aggressively defended our client and its reputation against a $1B claim and turned the tables on the plaintiff/claimant winning a significant award.
The award will return to Judge Failla of the SDNY in case for further proceedings where Koslow will proceed to collect its award against One World, a BVI company headquartered in Hong Kong.
